It is an amazing world under the sea and nothing better than scuba diving can justifiably explore the underwater realm and gaze at the submerged life. It must be noted that scuba diving isn?t just about swimming alongside pretty fishes, but to discover and experience an uncharted territory that remains to be known to the world above. Please note that you don?t need to be an expert swimmer to try scuba diving. All it takes is a small training session that helps you ease into the environment before you start. Most of the dives range between 10m to 15m depth. The best places to try scuba diving in Goa are Grande Island, Pigeon Island, Malvan, Sao George Island, and Nagoa. Each one of these places has different experiences with water varying in color, temperature and underwater experiences and life. If you are looking for clearer water and more lively underwater life, heading off to Netrani Island is suggested which is a 3-day trip (additional). The island is quite far off, located near Murudeshwar that takes 6-8 hours by road.
